djar.ai is a property aggregation platform that collects and displays real estate listings from multiple estate agencies in Malta. We do not own, sell, or rent any properties. All listings are sourced from third-party estate agents and linked back to their original sources.
By opting in to WhatsApp alerts, you consent to receiving daily property notification messages to your WhatsApp number. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any alert message. We will not share your phone number with third parties.
Property information including prices, availability, and descriptions are sourced from third-party websites and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information. Always verify details directly with the estate agent.
The djar.ai platform, design, and original content are owned by us. Property images and descriptions remain the intellectual property of their respective estate agents and sources.
djar.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed on this platform, nor for any losses arising from property transactions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
